From our fast growing development center in Kuala Lumpur we provide development services to the rest of the Quintiq organization worldwide. We develop customer specific applications, improve generic solutions for a particular industry and we participate in improving the standard software itself.

The person in this role is part of Quintiq’s Global Development Center. - Location
This role is based in Quintiq’s Malaysian office, the Global Development Center. You will be expected to work with colleagues around the world, with projects extending across ASEAN. - Type of Employment
This is a full-time permanent role. You will be confirmed in your post following a three-month probation period. - Salary Range & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Improving Quintiq's generic industry solutions (IS) - the key to further growth of Quintiqs.
- Oversee daily operations in our IS teams.
- Plan resources, schedule key activities, pro-actively monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders worldwide.
- Participate in the implementation of the Quintiq software for our customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
- The ability to operate on a high abstraction and analytical level.
- Experience with software implementation projects (SCM, ERP, etc.) and project management methodologies.
- A clear vision on and experience in iterative and interactive development (prototyping, rapid application development, etc).
- Sound judgment in state-of-the-art software technology.
- A flair for solving complex logical puzzles.
- Strong English Communication skills.
- A passion for visionary Advanced Planning & Scheduling solutions and algorithms.
